Dr. Eisman is a wonderful, caring person. He makes his patients feel good. His diagnostic skills are outstanding. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. They all respond promptly to patient needs and always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They are located in the medical plaza of Scripps Hospital and, as such, have all kinds of testing equipment at their fingertips.You can tell they only want the best for their patients.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
