I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and rude. She actually threated my 65 year old mother and chased her to the elevator instigating a physical altercation. This office is a complete joke...horribly racist....and if you are not african american or if you have medi-cal they make you wait for hours after your scheduled appointment and then say they dont accept your insurance when they previously confirmed such and had all the documentation---they are either ignorant or dumb.
