I've been a patient of Dr. James Sullivan for several years now (over 10 years) and although the Dr. himself provides excellent care, the Administration in the office is terrible. Whenever you call, the females that answer the phone without a doubt make it seem that you are bothering them. Now I realize that everyone has bad days, but they really make it difficult to work with them.
