They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. He has been our physician for 35+ years and
is truly concerned about our health.

Dr Tom spent two hours with me for a complete physical. He took blood tests and talked to me for a long time. I've never been to a doctor that was willing to spend this much time with me and was careful to evaluate every symptom. Great doctor if you're looking for someone who actually listen to you.
