Dr. Proffett is one of the most caring and skilled physicians I've ever been to! He was my Family Doctor for many years and miss his skill and kindness tremendously (I moved out of the area and unfortunately had to find a new physician). I miss him dearly!

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.
