Worst Butt doctor in the world...all he wanted to do was a colonoscopy. When I ask for him to check my hemmroids he replied, "really". then he proceeded to do a finger test and said everything was ok. I have 7 that need to be banded. If you call that a good Doctor, I have a few roids to sell you. Finally being treated by Dr. Lipkis who is banding them. Thanks to Greer, I have suffered for months because he is to lazy to use the correct instruments. I guess fingers are cheap these days.

Absolutely terrible customer service here. Dr. is super nice and very knowledgeable but the office procedures need a lot of fine tuning. For a first visit it's understandable that it always takes a little longer but it took almost 2 hours before seeing the Dr. Then when it was time to schedule the procedure, they never called me. I called the office 2 times to find out what was going on. Insurance already approved the procedure a week ago but still have not heard from the office. 2 messages left on voicemail. Very poor processes in place.
