Dr. Kalra called me at home the night before my first appointment. He is a very compassionate and respectful doctor. He explained everything very clearly and went out of his way to get me the best treatment possible. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
