I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

I was referred to have "only" colonoscopy done by Dr. Lee. It's a part of preventative cares (physical). But, he ordered to do upper GI endoscopy simultaneously. Both procedures did not show anything wrong. He prescribed me with heartburn (tummy acid) medicine. But, I have no stomach symptoms of any kinds. He, then, ordered to do ultrasound and, further, the capsule endoscopy. I talked to my primary doctor and he does not think all additional procedures are necessary. I am a retiree living in limited income. I cancelled all appointments for all unnecessary procedures with Dr. Lee to save $$$$$ doctor's bills. I only expected to pay reasonable cost as colonoscopy is fully covered by my insurance in wellness care. Now, probably it has run over thousands.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. One thing that disappointed me about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were horrible-cheap and plastic.
