One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
