Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. It seemed like he was trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that he wanted to be somewhere else. He comes off as friendly and professional, but the veneer is not convincing after awhile. He's just phoning it in.

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while, with a dozen other patients. They run them through like cattle, and do not attend to my specialized circumstance.. I was not satisfied with my multiple visits with this provider; I felt confused and uneasy when I left. I kept giving him the benefit of doubt, but he was very unprofessional and didn't listen to me at all. He even recommended a surgery that another dr said would not be effective for my particular condition. I was just a number.
