It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
