First time I visited the staff did not provide/made excuses for paperwork I asked for. The doctor himself did the most half-***ed job of a physical I have ever had done. Acted very distant, and did not even ask if I had any concerns. The most recent set of (attempted) visits has left me dumbfounded. Cancelled appointments, or I show up as requested and doctor is not available (multiple times!). Still can not seem to get the paperwork I requested for about the most basic medical test I can think of. All I hear is 'Sorry, try back next week'. Very poor client service all around.
