They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
My worse experiance so far was today ... I called to rescdule my appointment and the receptionist said I dont have one avail until 2/26....I said I cant wait that long I need something sooner. I specificaly told her I have to speak to my employer and let them know if I cancel my appointment i would have to wait a month to get another , I said hold my appointment and I will call you back... I called back in less than 5 minutes and she had alredy given my appointment away, I said NO I need to keep my appointment and she said NO too late I already gave it away.
I explained to her it was important for me to see the docs and said NO you can get a 15 minute appointment tomorrow....WHAT you mean I'm sick as a dog but the doctor only has 15 minutes to attend me???? she said YES! I dont think soooo. Screw YOU DOCTOR RIOS I need a doctor that values their patients and is willing to spend the time I need with him to make sure I get better.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
