There is no chance that I would ever recommend her to anyone. I did at first and she ended up canceling her appointment after seeing what I went through.
My first appointment went well with Dr Konca (which is why she received one star), the Dr took her time with me and sat during our appointment. When we finished she told me to call her with any questions or concerns.
After seeing my lab results the day after I was very concerned. I called the office many times during the week but she refuses to return my phone calls and her office girls state that the Dr wants me to make an appointment if I have questions and she does not have time to talk to me via telephone. At one point I was put on old for 35 mins with a hang up from the staff.
The staff asked for my pharmacy number 4 times but still did not call in my prescriptions in when needed. They treated me like a drug addict when I just wanted my thyroid medication to be adjusted according to my labs (as they suggested).
At first she "started" me on lower dose then I already take and I asked the MA why, and she stated she had no idea and she was just relaying the message to me from Dr Konca. I asked the MA to remind the Dr that what dose I was already on. So a week later and after many calls from me the MA (Mia) Finally called in my Prescription.
