Dr. Kaplan Assistant who wrote my prescription wasn't trained for the job. When I asked her if Clyndamycin skin lotion is an antibiotic, she said she didn't know so I have to google it and found it is an antibiotic. She also forget to write the applicaton instruction for the lotion on the prescription and the Pharmacist will not dispense without it.. They kept calling and faxing Kaplans office for past 5 days now with no response, and I have been waiting everyday with no result. I am extremely dissatisfied with the sevice.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
