The doctor is very good, but the office's procedures are terrible. Had to wait 1hr and 20m even with an appointment, which made me late to work - the whole reason I made the earliest appointment available.

I was quoted a $50 payment on the phone, but they changed it to $100 when I got there - which I find very unprofessional.

I have had this Doctor for 20 years, and even though the girls in the office are very unprofessional, and seem a bit nasty at times they can't help it, its just that they do not possess a very deep well understanding of their jobs criteria.

The office looks horrible, but don't let that scare you away.

Doctor Hernandez is the best that you will ever find, and he has the Education and Experience.
