I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They do good job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office.
