They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Dr. Swanson is a great doctor with great bedside manner. I recommended Dr. Swanson to my brother, and after visiting him he switched to Dr. Swanson from the doctor he had been seeing.
