They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They had really bad breath here, I struggled through my appointment and was trying not to breathe. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location.
