Well, the first time in to the office, the lady behind the desk was not very professional. She acted like she had other more important things to do than to assist or even greet you. After waiting well after the appointment time to be seen, the doctor finally came out to call you in. He is by far the most rude, direct and uncaring doctor I have come across. Just straight to business and has no people skills, especially towards children. Needless to say, my daughter was terrified to get poked with several needles to find out what she might be allergic to so she was crying and begging the nurse not to hurt her but the nurse instead of having sympathy for a scared child, was frustrated and instead of trying to soothe the child or reassure her that it was not going to hurt, she just pressed the trays of needles into her arm a little harder than normal. So yes, just about every one of the staff members there have no social skills or compassion.

The staff was very helpful but Dr Freinkel doesn't treat their staff well at all. He was rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in his office including him complaining about Obamacare, patients who wanted free samples, and that he wasnt going to take anyone who doesn't have insurance as he won't get paid. I believe they intentionally make their first time patients who are doing allergy testing come back a 2nd time to charge the insurance twice and collect double co-pays which is not okay as no other allergy doctor I have been to ever makes you come back in for two days of allergy testing. I won't be going back to this office ever again.
