Unclean practices (didn't wear gloves when touching my skin after testing) Office staff was unable to fix a simple typo on my girl despite several emails with the correct information. They were also unable to resolve an issue with my insurance policy/medical group and directed me to call inorder to fix it. When there was a misunderstanding, due to miscommunication on Dr. Quel's part, he became upset, defensive, and walked out of the office. After the miscommunication was identified he did not calm down and continued to act unprofessional toward me.

Referred here. Went in approx 2x/wk for 3 months for my shots. Observed questionable and substandard patient care practices. MD ordered un-necessary blood lab tests and other tests. Insisted upon follow-up visits or "you wont get your shots here!" . Hateful and Rude Ofc. Manager (Margaret). Front office staff are "rotating thru" students. Unorganized Billing Dept. Billing Mgr does not speak English well. Difficult to communicate with. MD wont return your phone calls. Connie (Medical Assistant) is a nice person.Parking expensive. Shot Hours and Lincoln Blvd traffic don't mix well. (difficult to maneuver.)
