I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more.
