They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was very disappointed at how unresponsive they were. Theyalways need to have 'someone else' answer the questions
I think the office plays games with the billing to try and bilk money from you and your insurance. They are well trained so that the billing people will not discuss medical issues (I wasn;t in the examining room and I am not a medical person) and the medical people do not discuss billing (I don;t know how they code things). I am reporting them to my insurance company for fraud and overbilling (they charged us and our insurance over $600 for a post op visit 5 days after surgery!) and contacting the California Medical Board.
