I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
