Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
