Dr. Kindrachuk is friendly and makes me feel secure in his professionalism. He is a very good doctor.
The one star less than five is for the Office Manager at Norcal Urology.
The staff is very scattered and unprofessional for a medical practice.
They really need proper training. The little things make a big difference. His receptionists, MA's/nurses etc. do one quite telling thing. When a patient is called to the back from the waiting room, the men are addressed by Mr. and the women are addressed by their first names. I know this because I was in the waiting room for quite some time and watched at least ten people called to see various doctors. There was definitely a pattern.
I will return as I trust and respect Kindrachuk.
