I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Dr. Sepiol A.K.A workmans comp agent. If you have a work related injury, request another Dr. rite away. Also remember family practice Dr. doesnt specialize in anything but family practice.

Dr. Sepiol is fantastic- the office staff, not so much. Dr. Sepiol is personable, energetic and thorough and really seems interested in my issue. He is very competent, and isn't afraid to say he's not sure about a particular issue and will research until he finds an answer. His manner and professionalism are so fabulous that I will continue to see him even though the office staff can make it really difficult to not tell them how I really feel about their rude, insensitive manner. And I agree with a previous posting- it's ridiculous how impossible the office staff make it for me to leave a message for my own Dr!
