Education As a native New Englander raised in Massachusetts, Kenneth V. Miselis, M.D. completed his undergraduate studies at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1974. In 1979, Dr. Miselis graduated from the University of Vermont Medical School. He continued his post-graduate training with an internship at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. The internship allowed Dr. Miselis to practice a number of medical specialties before choosing to specialize in the field of ophthalmology.

Dr. Miselis went on to the internationally known George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC, where he completed an extensive residency program in ophthalmology. After completing his residency and leaving George Washington University as chief resident, Dr. Miselis moved to California.
