The entire time I was there, they were always available to help me right away, and didn't leave me unattended once. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Dr. Gillen personally explained things to me.
