I have seen Dr. Guthaner approx 10 times over the past 10 years. I don't know why I have kept going back because her practice is organized so badly that I end up infuriated after every visit. She runs at least two hours late, even at 9 in the morning. EVERY TIME! It is not that she spends a ton of time with each patient, it is that she crams way too many people in. Today, there were 9 women crammed into a 12x12 waiting room. The lack of respect and courtesy for her patients is amazing. And, for this, she charges at least double what other radiologists charge. Maybe she is heads and shoulders better than others -- that I can't vouch for, but her office practices are absolutely the worst I have ever seen -- deplorable. I will never visit her again.

Staff members are competent and friendly. This is the only practice I know of where the radiologist looks at the films while you're there, so that you don't need to come back in for a re-do. Dr. Guthaner herself goes over your results with you after she's satisfied she has the needed images. She and her staff have my highest recommendation.
