I wanted to switch over to Dr. Valdez from another Pediatrician's office. He seemed great and I really liked him a lot. I signed all the paper work to get our records transferred. A month later, I called the office to get my son's immunization records to register him for kindergarten. The woman on the phone said she had just sent the request for our records a couple days prior. Again, I had brought them in a month ago and they were just now sending the request?! My oldest daughter has had open heart surgery, so we see a lot of different doctors and surgeons. I can say for certain that this isn't a good sign if it takes the staff an entire month to simply fax a request for medical records (they even said it would be done right away). There are times that we need things faxed the same day to different specialists because of my daughter's condition. Dr. Valdez is very nice, but I don't think his staff is on top of it. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. I really need an office that runs more efficiently. TO be honest, it's ridiculous how long it took them to fax over a simple piece of paper. Anyone who works in an office knows that can be done in a couple of minutes and doesn't require an entire month. Not a good sign.
They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
