After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.

There's not been many people in the waiting area at the same time that I'm waiting and the wait is never long. I like it best when our appointment is just after their lunch hour. I also like that I've never seen sick children in the waiting area.

The staff are friendly and treat one another with respect. It's obvious that they have a good relationship with one another. They were always so kind and attentive to me. I never had to worry about them arguing with me. It's nice to arrive and see fully qualified staff members. I'll definitely be going back.
