i have been going to dr, Ngs office for years now.... (10) sadly their service has gone down hill, first they opened a new office, and we cannot longer see Dr. Ng. When I asked why we couldnt see him , the nurse says he only sees special patients.... okay thats not very nice..... at the new office they had many drs thru the years so every time we go, we dont know who the dr is. For the past 3 years or so the same dr has been there but not great bed side manners, i have gone many weeks to figure out what was wrong with my son, and after a whole month of going every week, they finally decided to send me to a specialist... dr, did not know what the problem was... today was the last thing for me ant his office, had to drop off a urine sample and when I got there the office was closed ( they closed for lunch between 12-1) but it was 11:40, I knocked on the window because we saw somebody there, and they just plain ignored us. I called the other office to find out why it was closed, and she said the fire alarm went off so the nurses left for lunch earlier, she told me go home and come back at 1... well I dont live in the area and it was 85 degrees the sample will be going bad soon... she said I am sorry ma'm there is nothing I can do, you ll just have to bring another sample another day..... I found that very interesting because all the other business around and next to the office were doing business as usual. This is the last thing for me... I am done with this office.. I hope they get better providing service for the patients.
