I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They won't be getting a recommendation from me. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. The Front off staff is rude you already have a sick child you don't need rude staff to add to your stressors. I love the other physician there for back up tho Dr. Matthew DiFranco he should open up his own practice I would be there for sure. The one and only thing I love he is compassionate and understanding.
