Their staff was friendly enough. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I showed up on time for my appointment. I had to wait 3 to 4 hours for them, and my entire day's schedule was messed up. When I did see the doctor I was satisfied with my care.
