They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
