They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was still too long. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would NEVER GO TO THIS PROVIDER. I WAS DISMISSED FOR BEING LATE TO AN APPT AFTER CALLING TO ASK FOR DIRECTIONS (NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE, BUT I STILL FOUND IT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE I OWED $24.00 EVEN THOUGH I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT!!! AFTER SHE CANCELLED MY ORIGINAL APPT TWO WEEKS BEFORE HAND. UNCARING FOR PEOPLE THAT NEED TO BE SEEN. THERE MUST BE MORE TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS ELSEWHERE.
