Dr. Vondrak made sure every single question I had was answered, and he said he or the on-call Dr. was always available if I had any other questions. My grand-children where very comfortable, until it came to immunizations, then my grand-daughter freaked - The nurse was sonderful with her and used techniques to reassure her and she never knew she had gotten the shot until it was over. Bravo! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about any future visits. The office was easy enough to find, though it's located in the back of the building. I will absolutely return. I and my grand-children had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
