Dr Sotelo is a great doctor. He is very calm and easy to talk to.
He will listen to the parents and provide his guidance. For first time parents, he makes sure to tell what to expect, common things and things to pay attention to.
He will call you eventually just to know if things are doing well. He puts clear importance in the family, treating the mum and dad just as well as his own patient.
He is always available for conversation, doubts and problems via phone. The office has an on-call rotation that provides assistance 24 hours - can't tell how much peace of mind this brings to a dad.
Dr Sotelo will listen to your concerns and help in any way he can. Last, but not at all least, he is a great doctor. Knows his field, good with diagnostics and is very clear when communicating to the parents.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're looking for a great professional, large experience who sees and treats the family as a whole

Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They cancel on me all the time.
