The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
