I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I loved Dr Castilla. She was there with me throughout my labor and was very supportive and caring. I could rely on her even more than my husband that was there. I would go back in a heartbeat.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
