I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
