I visited Dr. Loffer with my wife and was asked to give a specimen sample. While I was in the exam room alone to give the "specimen" sample, I noticed something poking in under the door. I immediately opened the door to find Dr. Loffer with a flexible camera scope tool (I don't know a technical name for it) in his hand. When I confronted him about it he stood right in front of me and denied it. I contacted BOMEX (Board of Medical Examiners) the next day to file a complaint, which went nowhere. It caused me more grief than it did him. When my personal family physician of over 10 years heard that I filed a complaint against a fellow doctor, she refused to see me, my wife, and my kids any more.
