I have MS and he poked me with a safety pin to see how numb I was! He laughed about it, but it wasn't funny.
Once I was in desperate need, but couldn't get in sooner than 6 weeks.
I'm looking elsewhere.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was; near Banner Thunderbird Hospital; and easy to find; on the South-side of Thunderbird Rd, at 57th Ave. Office is located in Southeast corner of plaza in central of building complex. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They take time to make sure you get the answers you need, including information about about my treatments' risks and benefits, and options. I really appreciate the extra effort everyone makes to be sure that you are being cared for. They keep up-to-date with the latest treatments, etc. available., to maintain their expert rating in the field. I have never felt unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Also, their offices are kept clean, and fresh, without any NO bad smell or odor, noted, that some other places have had.
