In recent years the level of care has diminished, first it began with conflicts between the staff, having trouble getting records or refferal done in a timely manner and having to wait while in urgent need. The doctor was very friendly and pretty good at addressing need for referalls, but recently care is kinda rushed through without him really listening to my needs. I was offered no remedy for pain control, even though I have an organ thats failing me. That was overlooked and focus was on other problems that have been ongoing issues. He wrote whatever scripts that seemed to be promotions. I always see two or three pill vendors every visit, and an empty room without patients. That should be a clue somethings wrong. I felt undertreated. The level of caring for the person seems absent. I really liked Dr Bakotic but I have a serious situation thats just being overlooked. Besides this another doctor told me there was a necessary medication that he shouldnt have taken me off from just because labs were normal. I think sometimes his nurses make decisions for him that are not to his benefit. Im not the only one whos complained, I do think hes a good doctor mostly but has gone through some changes, but unfortunately somethings have gone worse. I dont really understand why I prescribed some new meds that had some serious side effects, instead of at least giving me what has worked in the past? For this reason it felt like sales, and I didnt like being the guinea pig, especially scince the meds didnt work, and im still left hanging? I will say he just seems off, and I feel bad because I dont know how to approach it, because its awkward altogether.
