As a patient myself and also a person who has worked with medical providers for 11yrs, I was really disturbed of this "GI DOCTOR". She yells at her patients like if she is their mother simply for not scheduling a follow up "soon enough" even if the follow up is not urgent or even necessary!!! It is the patient's choice wether to follow up soon enough or NOT! It's their health on the line...NOT HERS!
And you can hear her yelling all the way to the next exam room where other patients are waiting to be seen by her! This provider doesn't deserve to practice if she is going to be disrespecting patients and violating HIPPA!
