Terrible office staff. Unprofessional, uneducated and incompetent. Not there to help patient's. Just a paycheck. Would rather patients end up in the hospital than doing their job.

I had seen the doctors for over two years. During this time I had medical insurance and as long as I had insurance the doctors were more then willing to provide much needed service. However after I loss my insurance they allowed me to see the doctor's for a few more times at a discount, which was greatly appreciated. But all of a sudden I received a letter stating I was no longer welcome as a patient. I was in disbelief since it was the end of the month and I needed prescription refills. No reason why they made their decision. My thought is maybe they didn't want to see me because I no longer had insurance and wasn't making enough money anymore. I also thing they just didn't care. If the medications I was lucky enough to have one of the doctors give me, which by the way made a huge difference in my well being, they could at least told me. I feel they could have cut down the medication until I had insurance again to see a professional. Never in my life have I had a medical doctor send me a letter telling me I was no longer welcome!!!!!!! Worse experience a patient could have. See someone else if you need long term care!!!!!
