One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Dr. Filner always listens to me and is very knowledgeable with whatever symptoms I have and always takes me seriously. He may be a little rough around the edges but I'll never go to another doctor!!!
