I have had back issues all my life and the last episode of sciatica was the worst. I went to another Pain management dr and he gave me an Epidural that hit a nerve and made me reluctant to see another. Well let me say first Dr V gave me an small injection under a twilight sedation that I did not feel, the next day my pain was gone. This guy may have ego but rightfully so, he is the best there is. His procedure made the other Scottsdale pro's looks like bush league amateurs. If your back or neck hurst this is the guy to see, make no mistake this Dr is world class. Thanks Dr V I can play with my grandkids and enjoy life as it should be.

Dr. V. made sure all my questions were answered. I was completely satisfied with my series of treatments, which were for intractable, chronic pain. The doctor analyzed and diagnosed my problems - which had stumped other doctors -- with care and skill, and chose conservative procedures rather than jumping to "surgery is the only solution".

The staff is friendly, professional, welcoming, and compassionate. The two offices are easy to locate, and have good parking.
