My husband got some new medication for a sinus infection from a physician here, and that made him feel really horrible. We started looking at multiple web pages about side affects of medicine and his problem was really similar to the possible side affects. So he called to this center and explained the situation and asked what to do, or if they can prescribe something else since he still had the sinus infection, which was the original reason he went there.

The person he talked to was Dr DeRamus. She was the most unhelpful and really rude. She said, "there are no such side affects (even though we have already read multiple medical sites) and the symptoms are simply from stress, and exhaustion."

I understand the web pages about medicine might not be fully correct, but he explained that he had other problems with medicine before as well. And, even so, she never showed any sign she wanted to help. It is incredibly irresponsible of a Doctor to show zero care of how a patient reacts to the medicine they prescribe. Even though she is not the one who prescribed it, she is one of the owners of the clinic.

Now, I have no trust to the doctor.
